Her career in private equity began at OMERS Ventures as an Office Coordinator. Within three years, her exceptional skills and dedication propelled her to a senior role working alongside the management team at OMERS Growth Equity.

At Maverix Jayna plays a pivotal role in providing strategic support to the Managing Partners and the Investment team. She efficiently oversees daily operations and significantly contributes to the firm’s marketing and event initiatives. Jayna is passionate about fostering a vibrant work environment that upholds the founding principle that having fun is paramount.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Jayna is an avid outdoor enthusiast. She enjoys traveling, discovering new restaurants and patios, and hiking. At home, she cherishes time with her family and indulges in her favorite TV shows, Friends and The Office.
